Abstract

A little less than two months after the inauguration of Governor Luciano Molinas, the Constitution was promulgated on April 4, 1932, fulfilling the worst omens for the Santa Fe church. The selection of sources that we present here is largely a reflection of such a situation on a local scale, in the extreme southeast of Santa Fe, the parish of Villa Constitución promotes the creation of a parish bulletin that will see the light of its first number on Sunday, April 3 of 1932. El Samaritano is small, four pages, but of good printing quality. It is divided into sections, many of which give an account of the activities of the parish and its parishioners, but two of which have particularly interested us: in them there are very clear shots of position regarding the keys of the debate in which the church is positioned regarding the provincial situation, but also the most extensive debate of the ideas of the interwar period.
