Education without exclusion in a secular state: a pending task? An analysis from the mother-girls´ situation in Argentina

Abstract

The pregnancy in the adolescence in the Argentina continuous in ascent. The 15,5 % they of the born alive are children of minor mothers of 20 years old, the proportion varies according to the regions of the country and the persistence of these figures indicates that the services of health and the educational system has not implemented actions neither offered knowledge and resources in order to avoid it.- The support of an official cult on the part of the state, process that went laying the foundation the social command of the woman exclusively like holder of life, without right to decide on their integrity added to a process of naturalization of certain values that accompany that command and that they position socially to the neither and women in condition of not deciding on itself, but a process of schooling that deepens this naturalization since he don't promote forms of counteracting the command they give the deeping of the processes of exclusion and the circuits of social alienation of the like result neither and young people whose situation of life labels them like" disadvantaged" In these conditions, the revision of the childhood and their rights are the necessary starting point for the construction of men's new subjetivity and women in a just society.
