Abstract

How did the idea of setting up a group entitled MAKING HISTORY come about? I returned to the country from forced exile on the day of the elections in October 1983. I chose that day, because I assumed that they were going to lift the state of siege that prevented me from returning. I was trying to follow the history of my country. He understood that forces and factors were being added that forced the withdrawal of the military government and the necessary electoral opening. However, he was aware that the owners of financial capital who had directed state terrorism and all the economic, social and cultural policies of the previous stage were not defeated. The theoretical and methodological tools available to me allowed me to discover that the democracy that was opening up was conditioned by the power of that social sector, the financial oligarchy, and that the leaders of the majority political parties, both the one that won and the second, were preparing to be the representatives of said financial power without questioning it, although with a mask that would allow them to gain consensus. And they did very quickly.
